- Bug fix: closing nhGPS on A92x while connected would lock up sometimes
- Bug fix: version 0.17 to 0.19 would corrupt the coordinates of calibration points
every time a category was saved to disk. The calibration data itself was not affected,
so the maps will be displayed right, but re-calibration of a single calibration point is
not possible. To recalibrate, both calibration points should be set again.
The bug has been fixed, but reconstruction of the corrupted calibration points is not possible.

- Waypoints and maps are now stored in GPX format. Tracks are still stored in efficient binary format,
but can be converted from/to GPX format. All data can now easily be
imported and exported.
- Waypoints, tracks and maps can now be organized in categories
- For maps, the color mode can be selected. Color modes range from 1 to 16 bits per pixel.
Lower bpp values allow larger maps to be loaded.
